SKI CLASSICS CHALLENGER
ABOUT
Energamo Lipnolopet is the flagship race of the Lipnolopet weekend and a Ski Classics Challenger event. The 55 km course climbs over 800 metres through the forests of the Šumava Protected Landscape Area, starting in Frýdava and finishing in Svatý Tomáš.
The race is part of the eD Skiroll Classics roller ski racing series, with CZK 40,000 in prize money available to the top overall finishers in the series.
The race is organised by eD system RSJ team and the Lipno Tourist Association.

GENERAL INFORMATION
ROLLER SKIS
We kindly ask every participant to have their own skis prepared.
The top 20 athletes will be provided with roller skis by the organisers. Roller skis will be assigned by assigned by the organisers 30 minutes before the start.
Permitted wheels
Men U23, Women U23, Men, Women:
- black wheels with a diameter of 7 to 8 cm
- Speed no. 3
Men 50+, Women 50+, Men 60+, Men 70+:
Speed no. 2 or slower

RACE DAY INFORMATION
The start area is located in Frýdava, accessible by ferry from Frymburk. You can find the layout of the Start and Finish venues on the Venue Maps page.

LUGGAGE TRANSPORT
The organizer provides free transport of luggage from the start to the finish.
Please ensure that all luggage is:
- securely closed,
- clearly labeled with your name.
RETURN TRANSPORT
A shuttle bus is available from the finish area to the Frýdava ferry terminal, where participants can take the ferry back to Frymburk.
- Bus fare: CZK 100
- Tickets are purchased directly from the driver when boarding the bus.
FACILITIES
Car parking at the finish in Svatý Tomáš is possible in 2 parking areas above the race finish near the church, with a limited capacity of approximately 50 cars. In the case of travelling by car to the finish and back, it is necessary to follow the traffic signs and not to disrupt the course of the race or the safety of the racers on the course in any way.

The award ceremony consists of two parts:
Flower ceremony (13:30) at the finish line in Svatý Tomáš
- Top 3 finishers in the main race
Prize ceremony (19:00) at Hotel Leyla Frymburk
- Top 3 finishers in the remaining categories
eD Skiroll Classics 2026 overall series awards (19:30)
- Presentation of prize cheques, trophies, prizes and leader jerseys
REMEMBER THAT PRIZES AND PRIZE MONEY CHEQUES WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO THOSE PRESENT AT THE AWARD CEREMONY!
REFRESHMENTS
Refreshments are available near the finish area while waiting for transport or friends. Competitors are welcome to visit:

- Hájovna
A hot meal is included for participants and will be served during the award ceremony at Hotel Leyla, Frymburk, from 17:00 onwards.
AFTERPARTY
An after party for the athletes takes place at Hotel Leyla Frymburk after the award ceremony. See more in the Saturday Programme section.
PRIZE MONEY & AWARDS
The award ceremony will take place in three parts:
- 13:30 – Flower ceremony at the finish in Svatý Tomáš for the top 3 finishers in the main race.
- 19:00 – Prize ceremony at Hotel Leyla in Frymburk for the winners of the remaining categories.
- 19:30 – Overall series awards for the eD Skiroll Classics, including the presentation of prize cheques, prizes and leader jerseys.
IMPORTANT: Prizes and prize money cheques will be awarded only to competitors who are personally present at the award ceremony.
